PLEASANT VIEW COTTAGE
- Room for 6 guests-first floor has open living/kitchen/dining area; upper level has 2 bedrooms and ½ bath; lower level has 1 bedroom, full bath with bath/shower and open gathering area. Ceiling fans in living area and both upstairs bedrooms in addition to central heat and air.
- Kitchen has full size appliances, toaster, coffee pot, hand mixer, blender, microwave, baking dishes, plates, utensils—if you need anything special, let us know
- Living area has 32” TV with antenna/DVD player, CD player/radio and french doors that lead out to an elevated deck that runs the length of the Cottage. Deck has patio furniture and charcoal grill
- Upper level has 1 bedroom with king size bed with a door leading out to a small elevated deck, a 2nd bedroom with full size bed, and a ½ bath. Both bedrooms have closets, dressers and ceiling fans.
- Lower level has 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds, full bath, and gathering area with french doors that lead onto patio with 6 person hot tub. Patio is covered so hot tub can be enjoyed rain, snow or shine!
- Outside there is plenty of room to roam, with a large yard to enjoy with a fire pit with chairs, only 2 cabins on an 80 acre farm. There are 3 separate outside living areas! (Please purchase firewood locally)
- Stocked pond-bring you bait and tackle (catch and release please)
