*SINGLE NIGHT STAYS: We do allow single weeknight stays, depending on availability.  However, there is a $40 fee to do so.

CANCELLATION POLICY

30 days or more before arrival-full refund of deposit

14-29 days before arrival-50% refund of deposit

13-7  days -no refund of deposit 

7  days or less-responsible for full amount due. We will run the balance on the card used to schedule the reservation 

OCCUPANCY POLICY

We ask that you reserve for the actual number of guests who will be staying.  If you book and end up having fewer guests resulting in a lower rate, we are willing to make an adjustment. 

Guests we are not expecting cause a strain to our resources, such as extra cleaning time, utility cost-for the cabin and to do additional laundry just to name a couple.  We also need to know the occupancy is accurate for safety reasons and to be in compliance with our liability insurance. Groups having additional unexpected guests will be charged $25 per guest per night versus the $15 (Pleasant View Cottage) or $10 (White Pine Cabin) rate charged if guests are documented prior to check in.  In addition, additional cleaning fees at $20 per hour may also be charged if the unit is found to require extra cleaning time for the number of guests who booked.  

We do everything in our power to provide one of the best values for lodging in the Hocking Hills. Even with the adjustment for extra guests, you'll find our rates very reasonable. In order to continue to provide value to our guests, we need your cooperation with this and appreciate it very much!

-There is a 2 night minimum on weekend nights. This can be Friday-Saturday, Saturday-Sunday or Thursday-Friday

-There is a 3 night minimum on certain holiday weekends.  These are Easter, Memorial Day, Labor Day and 4th of July (when the 4th is on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday  or Monday). 

-No smoking in the units. Please read our full smoking policy in your rental agreement

-No hunting or discharging of firearms on property

-No charge for children under the age of 14.

-Sorry no pets

-You must be 21 years of age to rent. If you are fortunate to look younger that 21, we will ask to see ID.
